Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Methods: Clients have the option to pay through our website's secure payment gateway or via bank transfer. All payments should be made in the agreed currency.

2. Ownership: Clients understand that ownership of design deliverables remains with MiyakoLab.co until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients gain complete ownership of the final design.

3. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before we initiate any new project. This deposit secures your spot in our project queue and facilitates project commencement.

4. Timely Payments: Clients are required to make payments on time. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the delivery of project deliverables.

5. Pricing: All prices quoted are estimates based on the project scope discussed. If the project's complexity increases, additional charges may apply. If the final cost exceeds the initially quoted price by more than 15%, clients will be notified and required to confirm their agreement.

6. Retainer Deals, Subscriptions & Packages: Retainer deals, subscriptions, and package offerings are bound to the specific services discussed and documented. Any additional design requests beyond the scope will be considered as separate projects and will incur extra charges.

7. Design Ownership: Clients only own the final version of the project delivered. Any logos or designs shown during the conceptual phase remain the property of MiyakoLab.co, unless explicitly paid for and requested by the client.

8. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced on a project. If a project is canceled before work starts, any deposit received will be refunded minus any administrative fees.

9. Communication: Open and prompt communication is crucial. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and feedback in a timely manner.

10. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the project's course.

11. Revisions: The number of revisions for each project will be as initially discussed and documented. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

12. Legal: The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

By making payment for services rendered by MiyakoLab.co, clients acknowledge their understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any updates. It is the client's responsibility to review and understand these terms before entering into any business agreement with MiyakoLab.co.
